Working principle:

Working process:
Step 1: Ready to work
1. Clean up the dirt, sundries and other items on the machine, and clean and disinfect all parts in contact with food.
2. Check whether the screws are loose due to transportation. Rotate the belt by hand to check whether the machine is jammed. If this happens, find out the cause and eliminate it.
3. Turn on the power.
4. Set the required temperature of the vertical and horizontal sealing molds, and let the temperature on the temperature control table rise to the required temperature of the packaging material.
Step 2: Boot sequence
Jog the packaging machine for trial operation. Turn the unloading clutch handle to the disconnect mark. Start the machine idling without exception.
1. Adjust the stepless speed controller to the slowest position according to the mark.
2. After stopping, send the packaging material along the forming device to the longitudinal sealing mold according to the steps of the film threading diagram, click to seal, use the right hand to disengage the paper pulling clutch, use the left hand to pull the film to the paper pulling wheel, and close the paper clutch.
3. Start the packaging machine to make empty bags and check the sealing quality.
4. Close the feeding handle and observe whether the feeding time is correct.
5. Pour a small amount of materials into the bucket, start the machine, test the finished product, and check whether the packing weight meets the requirements.
6. After the above preparations are completed, mass production can be carried out.
Step 3: Stop sequence
Disconnect the feed clutch→Press the stop button to stop→Disconnect the main power switch→Sweep, clean
Work considerations:
1. Pay attention to waterproof, moisture-proof and corrosion-proof. The electrical control box and terminals should be kept clean to prevent electrical failures.
2. When the machine is stopped, the two heat sealing rollers should be in the open position to prevent the packaging material from burning.
3. Regularly check the screws of each part of the machine to prevent loosening.
4. Be careful not to get oil on the transmission belt to prevent slippage or belt aging when filling with lubricant.
5. Gear meshing parts, bearing oil filling holes and moving parts should be lubricated with engine oil on a regular basis.
