1. Spaghetti Packing Machine

This is a type of horizontal packing machine, suitable for packing long pasta. Automatically complete the weighing, feeding, conveying, filling, sealing and cutting of spaghetti, the packaging speed is about 15-20 packets per minute, and the conventional packaging specifications are 200g-1000g.

2. Macaroni Packing Machine

It belongs to the multi-head weigher packaging machine, which is suitable for the packaging of short pasta in different shapes. It is mainly composed of two parts: scale and packaging machine.

☺ Using Siemens color touch screen and stable and reliable dual-axis high-precision output PLC control, bag making, metering, filling, sealing, coding, and bag cutting are completed at one time.
☺ The pneumatic control and the circuit control electric box are separated independently, the noise is small, and the circuit is more stable.
☺ Using double belt servo pull film: less resistance to pull the film, the packaging bag is well formed, more beautiful, and the belt is not easy to wear.
☺ Fixed film release mechanism, the packaging film installation is simpler and easier.
☺ The deviation adjustment of the packaging bag only needs to be adjusted on the touch screen, and the operation is simple.
☺ The whole machine adopts a closed mechanism, which can effectively prevent dust from entering the inside of the machine.
