What is the disadvantages of vacuum sealing food? Vacuum packaging is a very popular packaging method now, which has both advantages and disadvantages. But do you know the advantages and disadvantages of vacuum sealing food?
 Vacuum Food

Advantages of vacuum sealing food:
1. Easy to use: The vacuum bag can be easily opened. When eating, open the bag and eat it directly, even without heating.
2. Convenient storage and transportation: Vacuum packaging reduces the volume of food, takes up less space, and saves shipping costs.
3. Save energy: The vacuum packaging bag is lighter and thinner, and consumes 30-40% less energy than the iron can.
4. Long save time: Vacuum packed foods do not need to be refrigerated or frozen, and have a stable life and are suitable for long term use. Keep the color, aroma, taste and shape of the food. The vacuum bag is thin, and the sterilization requirement can be achieved in a short time, and the original color, fragrance and taste of the food are preserved as much as possible.

Disadvantage of vacuum sealing food:
Inflatable and sealing issues are critical during the packaging process. Some foods are prone to deterioration. In the process of production, transportation and sales, the products are protected from mechanical or external extrusion, and these foods are susceptible to moisture and oxidation, so vacuum inflation packaging is often used. When the vacuum packaging machine is working, the solenoid valve is matched with the packaging machine, and is inflated into the package at the moment before sealing, and the inflation amount and the inflation time are adjustable. However, too large aeration may blow the product and cause the material to be clamped; and too small aeration will not protect the product.
