The snack food industry continues to grow. Everyone enjoys snacks that is fresh and delicious. Flexible packaging is ideally suited for the snack market, meeting consumers’ need for single-serving or easy-sharing on-the-go products. Cookies as one of snacks, also like this. But how are cookies packaged?

Usually, people use a dedicated cookies packaging machine to complete this process.
The packaging film roll is installed on the shaft roller, and the cookies is placed in the feeder, for irregular materials, manual feeding is required. The conveyor belt automatically transports the packaged objects to the packaging position, and packs them in the film. Then it is heated and pressed into a form, then sent to the horizontal sealing cutter for heat sealing and horizontal sealing, cutting, and then the finished product is output by the conveyor belt.
How are biscuit packaged
If you just want to pack homemade biscuits at home, just pack them by manual.

But in the cookies packaging process, you must pay attention to the following points:
1. It is forbidden to package the baked biscuits directly. Because uncooled cookies may form a layer of condensation in the bag or box. This may make the cookies softer, and worse, lead to bacterial production.
2. Packing cookies in anything but an airtight container.
An airtight bag/container will keep cookies fresh as long as possible.

Of course, for different types of cookies, we have different packaging machines. If you want to know more details about how are cookies packaged, please contact us:
