Because chocolate easily melts and deforms at high temperatures, it requires very high packaging environment and machines. So how does the machine complete the packaging?
 
First install the packaging film on the shaft roller, the chocolate is placed in the feeder (automatic material sorting and feeding device can be added). Conveyor belt automatically transports chocolate to the packaging location, packed in packaging film. Then, after heating, it is compressed into a mold, and then sent to the horizontal sealing cutter to seal and cut it. The finished product is then output by the conveyor belt.
 
How to pack chocolate safely?

3. Before operation, the location and operation method of the emergency stop button should be clear.
4. Work clothes and work caps that meet industrial safety regulations must be worn.
5. Before starting, check whether the screws of each part of the machine are loose and whether there are foreign objects on the working table.
6. After starting, observe whether the machine is running normally, whether there are abnormal noises and abnormal conditions, if found, you should notify the maintenance worker to check in time.
7. Do not touch the inside of the machine or electrical parts without turning off the power. During the operation of the machine, do not reach into the end seal and the heat-generating sealing wheel and the operating mechanism.
