How to pack hard candy by machine?
The candy enters the bag-making device through the conveyor belt, then the bag-making device pulls the packaging film into a tube shape by traction during the transmission process, and sends it to the middle sealing mechanism. The function of the middle sealing mechanism is to heat seal the middle seam of the packaging film that has been formed into a tube shape. For effective sealing, a pair of preheating rollers are added before the middle sealing pressure wheel to fully preheat the packaging film without causing sticking. The last process is tail sealing and cutting, and the tail sealing and cutting are performed almost simultaneously in time. Unlike the middle sealing, the middle sealing is longitudinal heat sealing, and the tail sealing is horizontal heat sealing.
