After the conveyor belt of the machine is heated by the heat shrink furnace, the shrink film is shortened and then attached tightly to the surface of the soap. The soap shrink wrap is completed.

The shrink wrap machine is widely used in the flow operation of mass production packaging, and is automatically completed, conveyed, sealed, and shrunk in one time. It has a feeding bracket, and the lower end of the feeding bracket is provided with a lower conveyor belt and an upper conveyor belt. The front end of the feeding rack is connected with a laminated feeding bracket, and the front end of the laminated feeding bracket is a sleeve sealing and cutting mechanism; The laminating feeding bracket is provided with a lifting table near the upper and lower conveyor belts, and the upper end of the lifting table is provided with a turning blade, and the top of the lifting table has a turning start motor. In the middle of the laminated feeding bracket is a lamination workbench; the upper end side of the laminating feeding bracket is provided with a counting switch that is raised into the upper conveyor belt. When the machine is working, it can be packed from one item to one hundred or even more items depending on the number of packages that are intended to be entered.

Operating procedures:
1. Set the heating time for the machine.
2. After selecting the manual or automatic button, the electric output of the rack cylinder solenoid valve pushes the gear, and the gear drives the chain. At this time, the rear position of the rack cylinder is disconnected. When the rack cylinder runs to the top dead center, the front position of the rack cylinder is close to the switch, and the oven cylinder solenoid valve is electrically output.
3. When the oven cylinder runs to the top dead center, the timer starts to delay and the rack cylinder solenoid valve is de-energized.
4. At the end of the timer, the oven cylinder solenoid valve is de-energized.
5. Decide whether to proceed to the next workflow based on the working mode flag.
