b. Environmental requirements
Mainly the humidity and dust content of the air. If the air humidity is too high, the electronic components will be damaged, and the high dust content may affect the heat dissipation of the equipment. If it is flammable and explosive dust, it is easy to cause a dust explosion if it is not protected when starting.
c. Equipment lubrication
Equipment maintenance personnel should regularly lubricate the gear meshes of the machine, the oil filling hole of the bearing with a seat, and each moving part. The reducer is strictly prohibited to run without oil. When adding lubricating oil, do not drop the oil on the rotating belt to prevent slipping and loss of rotation or premature aging of the belt and damage.
d. Routine inspection
Before use, check the screws at all parts, and there must be no looseness, otherwise, it will affect the normal operation of the whole machine. For other electrical parts, attention should be paid to waterproof, moisture-proof, and anti-corrosion to ensure that the inside of the electric control box and the terminals are clean and prevent electrical failures. After the shutdown, the metering part should be cleaned in time, and the heat sealer body should be cleaned frequently to ensure that the sealing lines of the packaged product are clear. The scattered materials should be cleaned up in time to better extend their service life.
