How does the powder filling machine work?
The machine measures the weight of the material through the screw, and the number of turns determines the weight of the package. It is then filled into the bottle through the filling head. The bottle enters the aluminum foil sealing process through the conveyor belt, and finally the labeling machine automatically completes the labeling.

First, lubrication work. Equipment maintenance personnel should regularly lubricate the gear meshing parts of the machine, the oil filling hole of the bearing with a seat and each moving part for lubrication. The reducer is strictly prohibited from running without oil.
Second, in terms of maintenance, before using the machine, check the screws in all parts of the machine, and there must be no looseness, otherwise, it will affect the normal operation of the machine.
