What is sachet packaging? The sachet packaging is a flat pack made of multilayer polymer films or combined materials. The term comes from the French word “sachet”(pouch).

Due to the water-proof and high barrier qualities of the materials used in production, sachet keeps the product in excellent condition and protects it during the stated shelf life.

The sachet packaging is good for a wide range of particles, powder, liquid, etc.
 What Is Sachet Packaging

There are different types of machines for sachet packaging, such as the powder sachet packing, liquid sachet packing, etc. But the most popular is sugar sachet packing machine.

Sachet Packaging Working Principle:
The roll film placed on the supporting device is wound around the guide rod group tensioning device, and the position of the logo pattern on the packaging material is detected by the photoelectric detection control device, and then rolled into a cylinder by a molder and wrapped on the surface of the filling tube. First, a longitudinal heat sealer is used to longitudinally heat seal the film at the interface portion rolled into a cylinder to obtain a sealed tube, and then the cylindrical film is moved to the horizontal heat sealer to perform horizontal sealing to form a sachet tube. The weighing device fills the weighed items into the sachet through the upper filling tube, and then heat-seals by a transverse heat sealer and cuts in the middle to form a packaging bag unit, and simultaneously forms the bottom seal of the next sachet.
