Welcome Turkey customer come to our company for the water filling machine. We took the customer to the factory to see the machine first, then returned to the company, let the customer participate in our golden egg activity, and presented the Turkey customer with a small gift.
The customer signed a purchase contract with us that day and the machine will be shipped to Turkey in a week.
How does the filling line work?
The bottle is transported by the conveyor and then transported to the washing machine through the bottle wheel. The bottle holder is mounted on the rotary plate of the bottle washer, and the bottle holder clamps the bottle mouth and turns 180° along the guide rail to make the bottle mouth down. In a specific area of the bottle washer, the rinsing nozzle sprays water and rinses the inner wall of the bottle. The bottle is rinsed, drained and then turned over 180° along the guide rail to make the bottle mouth up. The washed bottle is exported to the filling machine by the bottle washer through the bottle wheel. The bottle entering the filling machine is caught by the bottleneck and lifts the bottle under the action of the cam. Filling adopts gravity filling method. After the filling valve is opened, the material fills the filling process through the filling valve. After the filling is finished, the bottle mouth drops away from the filling valve, and the bottle enters the capping machine through the card bottleneck transition dial.
