Low density polyethylene film is made of milky white waxy translucent solid particles, non-toxic, odorless, density of 0. 910~0. 925g/cm3. Compared with HDPE film, the LDPE film’s crystallinity (55% ~ 65%) and softening point (85 ~ 95 ℃) are lower.

〇 The biodegradable LDPE film with good softness, elongation, transparency, cold resistance and processability. Good chemical stability, resistant to acid, alkali and salt aqueous solutions; good electrical insulation and gas permeability; low water absorption; easy to burn, releases a paraffin odor.

〇 The insufficiency of the LDPE film roll is that the mechanical strength is lower than that of the high-density polyethylene, and the moisture permeability, heat resistance and oxidation resistance are poor, and it is easy to aging and decompose under the action of sunlight or high temperature, and the performance is degraded. Therefore, LDPE film should be added with antioxidants and UV absorbers to improve its shortcomings.

〇 In addition, the low density polyethylene film has poor adhesion and printability. To improve this problem, the surface needs to be corona treated or chemically corroded before it can be applied.
