How to Shrink Wrap Odd Shaped Items?

Shrink wrap is a very common packaging method, because it is suitable for any shape of items, including odd shaped items, such as vases, mirrors, etc. But how to shrink wrap odd shaped items?
 
First, choose the right packaging materials.
Polyolefin, PVC, polyethylene and polypropylene are several commonly used shrink packaging materials. Each type of material has different characteristics, advantages and disadvantages. Polypropylene shrink wrap is the least common. The other three types of packaging films are used in many industries.

1. First set the heating time
2. After pressing the automatic button, the rack cylinder solenoid valve is energized and output to push the gear, and the gear drives the chain. At this time, the back position proximity switch of the rack cylinder is turned off. When the rack cylinder runs to the top dead center, the front proximity switch of the rack cylinder is turned on, and the solenoid valve of the oven cylinder is energized and output.
3. When the oven cylinder runs to the top dead center, the timer starts to delay, and the rack cylinder solenoid valve is de-energized.
4. When the timing ends, the solenoid valve of the oven cylinder is de-energized.
5. According to the working mode flag, it is decided whether to continue the next working process.
 
Shrink Wrap Method:
1. Open at both ends
It uses packaging film to wrap the packaged material first and then perform heat shrinking operation. After the packaging is completed, there are shrinkage openings at both ends of the packaged material.
2. Sealed on all sides
The package is completely sealed, and the seams are sealed by lap joints.
