Filling machine:
1. The tomato paste filling machine is equipped with a horizontal mixing hopper to ensure the uniformity of the material during the filling process. 
2. The pneumatic part adopts well-known pneumatic components, which have long service life and stability.
3. The part in contact with tomato paste is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which meets GMP requirements.
4. The filling valve is controlled by a pneumatic valve, and the filling accuracy of the tomato paste filling machine is higher.
5. Filling volume and filling speed can be adjusted arbitrarily.
6. The size of the bottle is easy to adjust, and it is equipped with an automatic lifting device.
 

Capping machine:
The equipment is composed of lifting, arranging, screwing, conveying and rejecting mechanisms. The bottle is automatically capped after entering the station, and the bottle is clamped by the bottle clamping mechanism and then sent to the capping mechanism to tighten the bottle cap. Because the bottle clamping belt and friction wheel are made of special materials, it not only ensures the durability of the equipment, but also ensures that the tomato paste bottle and bottle cap will not be damaged.

 
Labeling machine:
The whole machine adopts microcomputer PLC electronic optical fiber sensing control system, which makes the whole machine run smoothly and at high speed.
The operating system is controlled by the operation interface, which is easy to operate, practical and efficient, and has the function of output counting.
The technology is advanced, the speed is fast and stable; it has a wide range of applications and can be used for labeling bottles of various sizes. Conveyor-type rolling tomato paste bottle body makes the label stick more firmly; the front and rear parts can be connected for use.
